 Students have fun with their parents and grandparents at PDC Camp

Abhay Pratap and Shreya, both students of class II, were declared the Best Boy Athlete and Best Girl Athlete, respectively, during the two-day Personality Development Camp held at Spring Dale Senior School. The event witnessed saw the zestful participation of students, their parents and grandparents.  

Three generations-students, their parents and grandparents-eagerly participated in events like Obstacle Race, Straight Race (70 mts), Spoon and Lemon Race, Relay Race, Tug of War, Musical Chairs, Needle and Thread Race and Three Legged Race for parents and Balancing the ball for grandparents.

 

 “Students, their parents and their grandparents had fun together. The adventure camp enabled them to not just comprehend each others’ abilities, but also to appreciate them as they are. It was heartening to see the three generations participating together in different sporting events,” said Mr Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Principal, Spring Dale Senior School.

 

Dr Kirat Sandhu Cheema, Director, Spring Dale Educational Society, and Mr Sahiljit Singh Sandhu, Director and Managing Trustee, Spring Dale Educational Society, congratulated the winners on this occasion, she said in her address that the camp infused a spirit of discipline and coordination among the students, which are essential attributes for achieving success in life.
