Spring Dale honours its ancillaries
Stressing the fact that the ancillaries played an important part in running the institution, the management, staff and students of Spring Dale Senior School organized a special function in the school premises during which the school’s auxiliary staff was shown appreciation for the services rendered by them in the form of garlands, sweets and gifts.
The students delivered speeches on this occasion to spread awareness about the dignity of labour to help their peers realize that each job has its own importance in life, and hence, should not be despised.
Mr S S Sandhu, Chairman, Spring Dale Educational Society, Dr Kirat Sandhu Cheema, Director, Spring Dale Educational Society, and Mr Sahiljit Singh Sandhu, President, Spring Dale Educational Society, lauded the efforts put in by the servile staff in keeping the school in order. They termed them as an important asset of the school.
“The school constantly makes attempts to educate the students about the dignity of labour,” they said. “The auxiliary staff is virtually indispensable. It is hard to manage things without them even for a day. We should all learn to appreciate them and their efforts in keeping the school clean,” said Mr Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Principal, Spring Dale Senior School.
