Spring Daleans bag laurels in state-level fencing champinship

Students of Spring Dale Senior School did the institution proud again by bagging gold, silver and bronze medals in the Open Punjab State Fencing Championship held at Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Tarn Taran, which witnessed the participation of fencing champs from other schools across the state as well.
Divyam Arora, won a gold medal in the under-14 category, while Sargun Singh Sandhu, bagged a silver medal in the under-17 category. Keshav Bansal won a bronze medal in the under-17 category in this event.
“A total of 500 students from different schools across the state participated in the championship. Our boys put up a tough fight to bag these medals,” said Mr Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Principal, Spring Dale Senior School.
Dr Kirat Sandhu Cheema, Director, Spring Dale Senior School, and Mr Sahiljit Singh Sandhu, Managing Trustee, Spring Dale Educational Society, congratulated the winners. “The school is proud of their achievements,” they said.
