Admissions Process and Documents needed

The process starts with parents filing an online pre-enquiry cum registration form given below. Upon successful submission of the form, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page to complete the registration process. Following the successful payment, your child’s registration will be promptly confirmed and he/she will be registered for a Scholastic Assessment meticulously designed to assess his/her academic capabilities. You will subsequently receive comprehensive details, including the Assessment date, venue, and syllabus, via WhatsApp. We kindly request that you provide an active and operational WhatsApp number in the inquiry form to facilitate seamless communication and the prompt sharing of vital updates concerning the admission procedure. If the child achieves a meritorious result in this Assessment, the admission will be secured.

Online Registration Link For 2024-2025

Grade I

The test consists of two subjects, English and Maths. The child is required to give the subjective paper for both the above subjects of 40 marks each.

Grade II –IX

The test consists of three subjects, English, Maths and Hindi / Punjabi. The child is required to give the subjective paper for the above subjects of 50 marks each.

Documents Required for Admission I-IX

– Original TC / School Leaving certificate of the previous school.

– Original Birth Certificate of the child.

– Aadhar Card photocopy.

– Original report card of the previous class.

– Pan card photo copy of one parent.

– E-Punjab Certificate.

– Blood group proof (Lab Report or discharge card of hospital)

– Passport picture of the child with the clicking date.

Grade XI

The process begins with the registration form being filled by the prospective student / parents for the particular stream to which they are seeking the admission. The criteria of admission rest upon the pre-board marks of the child  in pre-board in class X of the previous school. The cut off for Commerce and Humanities is 75% and that for the Science (Medical and Non-Medical) is 80%. If the criteria is fulfilled, the registration process is followed by the admission procedure. As the board result is still awaited during this process, hence the provisional admission is done by the school. The admission procedure is accomplished and complete only after the declaration of the final result and the submission of documents given below.

Documents required for XI Provisional Admission

– Bonafide Certificate from the previous school.

– Second pre-board Result of X.

– Admit card photocopy of class X.

– Aadhar Card photocopy of the child

– Pan card photo copy of parents.

– Passport photo with the clicking date.

– Birth Certificate photo copy.

After you receive your final result of X, the remaining documents that need to be submitted in the school are as follow:-

– Photocopy of the original DMC of Class X.

– Original TC / School Leaving certificate of the previous school.

– Migration Certificate.

– E-Punjab Certificate.

Grade X-XII

As both these classes are Board classes, the admission is not done from the local schools. The admission is done in the special cases only.
