EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAMS
Personality Development Camp (PDC) offers a rejuvenating eco-friendly experiential learning experience to the students. Situated on the borders of Himachal and Punjab, the Campsite in Badhani has been thoughtfully constructed and designed by Spring Dale to expose the young adults of grade VIII, IX, X to lots of adventure and recreation. Beginning with a workshop on ‘Leadership Quality’, a three day program embraces a host of invigorating tasks as rock-climbing, river-crossing, rappelling, physical obstacle, trekking, group competitions, camp fire together with the refreshing leisure visits to nearby located dam, local markets, old temples and much more.
For grades V, VI, VII, the PDC camp comprises of excursion and exploration of historical fortress of Pul-Moran, unique heritage site adopted by Spring Dale Educational Society many years ago.Strategically divided into well-designated groups, jovial girls and boys perform the host of activities such as visit to War Memorial, Obstacles, Trekking and Ground Activities followed by cheerful performances of singing, acting and dance given during the cozy bonfires.
PDC for junior classes is the most celebrated event of the year where not only parents but grandparents also grace the school campus with their distinctive athletic skills. Hosting the multitude of fun activities for young children, the two –day camp serves the twin purpose of energizing and sparking the hidden competitive spirit of these young saplings along with their enthusiastic parents.
